Renters into mortgagors, indeed a vital long term initiative. Much like employee ownership initiatives, "ownership works".

I don't know about switch everything to PVC pipes. Black people can't even use the word minimalist because the walls are so white. I don't know what it would take. But there are 5 universities in US which have Chemical Physics programs. Some Black or POC people must talk about what it means for something to be Lead. PVC is a known carcinogen. And with 95% Black people the average resident... even the average politician in Detroit doesn't have access to Known information. In a city with a million Black people I don't know about the Change to all white pipes.

The best attributes of fee is he knows how to ask the questions and get the right answer I watched this video for learning reasons a few times during each question he make sure to ask the right question keeping that person talking with no nervousness! Using words like "Parallel, that opened the person up gave him some time too highlight things ,the interviewer up to give difference in both cities ! Another word was "Ample" this was a perfect interview! another word you do not hear from people who do not know how to interview is "Lay of the land" that was just keeping it "hood" & intellectual.
