Qualified 11th in time trials which locked us into the B Dash where we finished 4th which started us P12 for the feature. Unfortunately our night ended 11 laps shy of full distance while running P5. Have had a busy couple of days getting things turned around for the NZ Midget Championship.

Baypark Speedway hosted round two of the Midget World Series. Standard format saw us qualify 14th for the feature and moved forward to finish 10th.

Good to be back at Western Springs for the BT Race 4 Mates event over the weekend. Qualified 6th in Midget time trials which started us 5th in our heat where we managed to mate a late run to finish 3rd. Partnered up with Quarter Midget driver Jackson McDonald at this years Kiwikidz Buddy day. We had a great day working together and cannot wait to see what Jackson can do in the future as he gets more laps under his belt.

Headed to Kihikihi Speedway for a bit of Friday night TQ racing and provide some support to HRD customers. The speedway community showed how great they are with the Hodgson Motorsport team opening up their home to us and 3 other drivers/teams for the night ahead of the double header that was planned (unfortunately the rain came and ruined the plans for night two).

Back at Western Springs for the final round of the International Sprintcar series. Dean and Brady were looking good on points headed into the final round but a tough night unfortunately dropped down the order. Round two of the international Sprintcar series at Robertson Prestige International Speedway saw a good points haul for both Dean and Brady. Heading into the final round at Western Springs they’re both tied for points sitting in 4th/5th.
