I am SO delighted that you are helping men who have endured TOXIC MASCULINITY! This is wonderful! I have a son who is amazing in his family, but he is scared to death to open up with me. The assumptions, for me, have to go. He is unable to ASK, he just assumes and believes he knows. He know...not much. This is how I shielded and protected him. Let me absorb these blows and trust that I love you, always. So, I'm the parent who, while being authentic and doing me, has been his champion for his choices.

I am giving the gifts Jennifer, wow something that I find is that it can be really scary to share the gifts. I have work in my heart that I go deep with but it's like how will it look out in the light of day? I am sharing my book The Art Flame and you know it isn't perfect there are things that I have grown in the spirit and learned even since writing it in 2018 but you know it is from a time in my life when it made sense and I know there is still tremendous value in it. But it is scary when you think of sharing your gifts because you never know what the world is going to make of what you have done and you wish and you pray that it is all good but you never know what might be hiding in your subconscious and coming through in your offerings. Nevertheless I completely agree with you....share share share and do as much work as necessary to get yourself in a position and situation where you can say hey this is life I am going to share this now it might not be how I feel forever and always but you know what I am going to live and be apart of this thing called life and I am going to say what I think and how I feel and contribute in as meaningful a way as possible because I care, go with it my friend, go with it!!!!!!!

Thank you Jo and Jennifer, I really connected with this conversation tonight as I hopped back in to listen to the second half after having paused it for a little while on the back burner so to speak. It was exactly what I needed to hear tonight in conjunction with what is transpiring in my life. As Jennifer knows, I have arrived through a very long manifestation process into the absolute dream life and soul situation by becoming a librarian in my heart and also now, newly hired, in the world. This is a big part of my mission but as I reflect on all that is coming through for me I know with dedication, balance, being grounded and f.a.i.t.h. that I am not ungrateful for perceiving that there is more to what I am to give and also experience so receive in my life. Becoming a librarian is a dream come true. And I am so grateful!!! It is better than I could have even imagined. But there is so very much more that I am called to do in my life. It is too much to list here but per this conversation I will just say that I have been called by my own sense of a higher power to tell of a miracle in my life that helped me heal and recover and build back up and reach dreams, thriving out of a bottomless low that took pain in my life and exacerbated it with a clinically diagnosed mental illness. I am so grateful to be able to tell the story Love which saved me and propels me now to this very day. I have written a book and I got the courage enough to send to a publisher with an authentic relating of the pain as a first step to doing this at a worldwide level to go beyond the fear of sharing my story and going into the promise of possibility when you truly believe in yourself and your higher power Love. Even this post here is another moment that I say out loud and with confidence and to the world where anyone can see that I had mental illness and I recovered most prominently through the help of Love. Love is the answer. Love is the meaning. Love is the why. I thank you for helping to make space here with this conversation which helped bring this forth and for organizing the time space continuum in such a way that this conversation was posted publicly and had an actual comments space for me to attest to the expanded vision of not only being a librarian but also an author who will tell the story of his miracle to inspire others to recognize the Love within themselves.
