Everglades Catch & Cook (Oscar Edition)
This is the last fish in the Everglades that I wanted to try - the Oscar! I've been fishing Oscar since I was a kid but never ate one. They're supposed to be really good to eat. Let's see how it stacks up against the peacock bass and mayan cichlid.#southfloridafishing #peacockbass #catchandcook #oscarfish

The hunt begins for large peacock bass off the bank. This will be a strictly bank fishing endeavor, no boats! Something to help the average person who spends an afternoon with a friend or their kid and wants to have a good experience. Part 1 is on Broward County, and specifically in Tamarac/Coral Springs. #southfloridafishing #peacokbass #bassfishing #browardcounty

As the "cold weather" months approach in South Florida, the key to catching Peacock Bass is YOU have to suffer. By that I mean you have to fish them in the middle of the day with the blazing sun overhead. Some great catches in this video and I can't wait to do it again. Enjoy! #peacockbass #everglades #bassfishing #southfloridafishing
