هل هذا الامتحان خاص باللي يحضروا الكارديو و عادهم ما تخرجوا ولا الاخصائي ممكن يدخله حتى لو تخرج في بلاده ؟
Hi Ahmed, what did you think about the mock exam - is the questions similar? I found it hard.
Not similar , yet 50 % at the same level and some of the exam questions are slightly harder (20% approximately), rest are easier .

Approximately 70% of exam are at the same level and 30% of exam Q are more difficult than study PRN

Is there a minimum number of cases to be recorded for the log book ?
There is no predefined number, but probably it should at least fulfill the ESC recommendation for training (200 PCI cases as 1ry operator) and observation/assistant in a list of structural interventions. You are asked to enter the total number over 2 years , verified by your supervisor and mentor on quarter basis.

Yes it includes TAVI procedures as assistant, and other structural interventions as observer .

@@hendrikfeller3742 Yes, they will advice you to take a short fellowship in TAVI centre to attend TAVI cases as an assistant

مثال هنا في مصر جمعية القلب المصرية بتنزل اعلان عن الامتحان في يناير و بيتم تسجيل اسامي المتقدمين الراغبين في دخول الامتحان في مقر الجمعية و الجمعية هي اللي بتبعت الاسامي list ل ESC .الشرط المطلوب عشان تقدر تسجل انك تكون عضو عامل في جمعية القلب المصرية.
هل ممكن اصبح عضو في جمعية القلب المصرية اذا عندي ماجستير قلب صادر من خارج مصر ومرخص كاخصائي قلب في احدى الدول العربية ؟ @@AhmedElborae
Thank you vey much for the amazing video. I have some questions. I live in Denmark and most of the imaging subspecialty like cardiac MR, Cardiac CT, and angiography are postgraduate specialities. Do you need to have a detailed knowledge in these imaging techniques to pass the exam?
Basic knowledge is enough, and you will be familiar with common CMR/CT imaging from EECC &BJCA Preparatory course. If you want to get access for these courses earlier than the complimentary one, you can do so through ESC professional membership. Best of luck ISA
