This is a perfect example of egregiously poor product design. This beggars belief. Replacing the battery necessarily damages the case. Impossible to open the compartment without deforming the plastic. Utter, utter rubbish

Hello, In some video Vodafone sales manager says that is necessary before replacing battery first to hold the button on the card until red LED light stop flashing. Is it true? In this video you didn't mention anything about it.

Do the Driver cards needs to be re-learned/re-programmed? Is it automatic or do I need to call someone to assist in that process?
