Okay so I checked more about this room and apparently I am wrong. This room and entity have existed in pressure for months. It is just EXTREMELY RARE (which is what made me believe this is a new room and entity). One can also get Artifice badge by opening the chest and getting the jump scare. I had got Artifice badge already via party special in raveyard so it doesn't show up here.

Oh yeah, you get the artifice badge from that. Pretty sure it’s the same guy from the gambling room.

If they added an option to break him, it would be lore-breaking, because if you actually do so, and die, how does he appear again in the next runs afterwards? Maybe they should add something like switching him off, that would make more sense.

As per what I found out from sources, this update about Z-779 is yet to be complete. When it's done, you will have the option to either destroy him or paint with him once you access his room. Destroying him will eliminate all the chances of the four hazards that Z-779 controls in an attempt to attack the player. I wish the developers had kept a setting where these lines popped up every time a player joins the game because it would be sure really cool to record a run with these lines coming up first. Fun fact:you have to in plain sight with the wall dweller not in the same spot and is away from the safe spot like it attacks you but it’s not in plain sight then angler passes to make it work.😊
