    So when blueing, the shaft is just pushed in snug against the propeller without tightening the propeller nut as well as inserting the key? Is that how blueing is done?

    That ain't a balance test. Your gonna spend that prop 1,500+ rpms underwater if it ain't right the whole dam boat is gonna shake.
