Project I'M READY has two primary goals. The first project goal is to educate 21st century school librarians to serve in culturally diverse, high poverty rural areas of Oklahoma, serving Native American students. The second project goal is to develop and disseminate culturally sensitive, digital curriculum and learning resources to improve K-12 pedagogy in the targeted areas. Project I'M READY's goals will be accomplished by attaining four objectives expressed as institutional outcomes.
The program operates under an advisory board representing the major partnering and supporting stakeholders in this program. The board provides oversight, guidance, and advice to the project directors as it relates to the specific program outcomes.

I really enjoy listening to Mr Grayson. I love to hear the wisdom that is passed down to each generation. This is rhe way to keep the craft from dying out.

Awesome guy! To think he is a living relative of the great people who once inhabited this land.
I like learning
What a WISE MAN! WISH I COULD MEET and SPEND TIME WITH HIM. HIS KNOWLEDGE IS SO NEVER ENDING!
My Father planted like that…guess he learned from his mother…we had so much produce!
I could listen to Noel Grayson-Arrows for hours. What an amazing teacher. His voice; his patient progressive, orderly, detailed descriptions are so easy to understand and learn from.
Thankyou Noel.
Very nice voice, slow and quiet (as mostly native voices), peacefull, I love his explanations, it's like "good sense", normal, just natural... It's often like that for natives. It's should be like that for white people too, but most of the time, it's not :) I don't know if I explained it well... It's just ful off good sense, everything make sense, you know? Stay natural, use what the nature gave, respect the natural logic. Just find to good way to work with it, don't go against it.
I wish I could be that boy that he would teach to bring him mushrooms when he is older. I won't mind learning all these things from him but I'm from Southern Africa
Could you do a video on the making of longbows?
❤️🦅
Like the way you tell the story.
What a legend!!! Could listen to him all day long!!
I’ve never heard someone teach you loads of information and yet still feel like you’re listening to a great story by a campfire. His charisma and story telling is off the charts and packed full of wisdom.
This man is a legend, I really enjoy hearing him talk. So wise and humble.
Sir, I love these videos, than you very much.
Ryan gill does something smart with his cane arrows, before he puts in the arrow head he inserts a smaller piece of cane into the hole of the river cane, Reinforces the structural integrity and adds some weight.
I could & would sit and be taught by Noel 24/7, 365 days a year. I will enter a white South African, but will leave a honorary Cherokee😉🏹🙏
Thank you! Amazing
Plus Mr.grayson knows the world will get bad.. he said "we'll need that" talking about wild mushrooms..
I more than anything want to sit and talk with Mr.grayson.. these kind of people aren't everywhere anymore.. they are a dying breed and I don't mean Indians.. I mean this man with all this wisdom and knowledge and true understanding of life and nature.. the way things should be not the way they are..
2:10 wait a minute, osage orange?
The Lakota people bring tobacco to the elders, do the Cherokee do the same?
He has in buckets what is lacking in today’s world….. humility
I'd love to meet this man and make some bows with him. As a bowyer, myself, I bet I could learn a lot from him.
