@@Spilly555 great question! Usually I do the same, however this protein came directly from the freezer, so by adding the veg on top with all the citrus zest and cooking it in it’s juices with steam heat : kinda makes it a fast infuse.. 🙌 thanks for the engagement and compliments!!
