90-93 Honda Accord CB7 Bee R rev limiter install and demo

Got a Bee R in my 93 coupe, wanted to show a little about how it goes in since there's plenty of videos for civics and some for integras, but no videos for these accords. Took it after wiring my handbrake. Use one at your own risk, some say they're dangerous. Just use it in moderation.

Best bet for a used one is figuring out Yahoo Auctions japan. Since then I've got a chipped P28 and later a P75 and use a Snake EMU on them, can mess with 2 step/launch control in a similar way. Can adjust it with the car running like the Bee*R but that is with a laptop in the passenger seat. And of course these Honda ECUs only apply to Hondas while the Bee*R can theoretically be wired into any vehicle

Yeah, type H for OBD1 and H2 for OBD2. Not sure if theres a big wiring difference aside from different ecu plugs and pin out. I've seen it wired to an adapter using an OBD1 ecu on an OBD2 car

It's still in my car, there was a bit of time Nengun was out of all types but recently they've been back in stock. Just gotta check back every couple weeks if they're out. Only faster way would probably be trying to find one on like Yahoo Auctions japan

Did you buy a real one? We tested an ebay one on my friends integra and it would do something like that. He bought a real one from Nengun like I did and we plugged it in and it just worked like mine does

Ive been looking to get a Bee R for a while. If I drive around with it on, and try to bang each gear, (clutch switch to enable it) will it act someone as flat for shifting? Will it also make flames between each gear shift if I stay in it? My main purpose is to use it to lower maximum rpm in my subaru so I dont bang hard limiter. I seem to use almost all the rpm to get on freeways where I live because people drive 80+ and i barley uave enough power (14 second 0 to 60). So could this be used as basically a secondary rev limiter and not just for flames?

Been a while since your comment, sorry. From my experience using it you technically can use it as a rev limiter before the ECU's limiter kicks in but it is still an ignition cut so some say in the long term it might not be as healthy. I got a chipped ecu since this and if you have a stock engine then I would really only recommend the Bee*r for novelty pops. I still use it from time to time but at least with an obd1 honda and a chipped ecu you can modify 2 step more, have popcorn decel, and set up flat foot shifting for around the same price as importing a Bee*R

Bit late to reply but only way is to try. Can't speak on wiring an obd2 honda but it shouldn't be too much different aside from where wires are in the harness. I have seen a video of someone having it wired into their adapter that plugs an obd1 ecu into an obd2 car like yours would be
