You can take up some use cases and do small projects to show your skills. You can then create an online portoflio to show this.. this will definitely help!

salesforce is completly diferent. If you want to move out to data analytics then learning Tablue is good. But you can always have Tableau as extra skill set and you can do freelancing as well

Try it only after graduation. If possibl do some additional courses in computer science and then try to do a course in data science. Some basic knowledge of maths and computer science is needed from my perspective

There are ourses offered by upGrad and any some companies in colllabration with IIT , NIT's etcs which do not require experience. You can check those. Also try courses on EDX or Coursera offered by cmpanies like IBM. THey are very good and fees is also less. And they are considered good in industry.

You can defnitely switch from BPO to IT. Data Visualization is a good area. Try yo learn Tableau or Microsoft Powe BI. There are lot of material on internet. In case you need any specific information please let me know

If she is interested in a career in Data Visualization , this will be helpful. But she should also try to do a course in IT. There are many institutes which offer post graduate certificates in IT which will be definitely helpful along with her current qualification!
