Agreed. What I do do though is once I put them in the basket, I hit them with more rub. Plus. When they spin, they rub together and it spreads it out.

I like making mine at home like that, with the swiss cheese on both sides? But the real way it's made is with Deli sliced roast Leg of pork? That way the pork pieces don't fall out everywhere? 👌
