Friday Fill #9: Play around with Bonham Triplets
In this video, I demonstrate a creative drum fill where I experiment with Bonham Triplets-by not playing them as triplets. The fill begins with groups of 3 (Right, Left, Kick) played as sixteenth notes, and resolves into classic Bonham Triplets in sextuplets on beat 4.

He’s great but it appears to be cramped in there.😮 I feel like clear Tom’s resonate better in tighter areas since they are meant to be punchier
Het Nathan, thank you for your comment. The room looks a bit more cramped than it actually is, however the toms were tuned a bit more flat and probably could/should be a bit punchier!
