Good evening, I have a question, I would like to know how good the Mustangs of the third generation fox body of 1981 are in terms of safety, durability, performance, reliability, endurance, etc. And if they recommend it to me.
Just 1981? They were made from 79 to 93. The best safety, durability and performance would be the last few years they were made since airbags, improved rust protection, bigger brakes, were on them. Plus the 87 through 93 had the highest power to weight ratio for performance.

Jorge González qué tal, me voy por las brechas de los pozos de conejos medanos, donde terminan sale otra brecha de un carril al norte en dirección a la línea divisoria de Mexico y usa, de ahí no tiene pierde, avanzas pegado al muro fronterizo y pocos minutos después se desvía al suroeste y te vS directo por esa brecha asta llegar, saludos!! A esas brechas inician por la carretera Jerónimo-Santa Teresa a nos 3 o 4 km al sur del puente a usa, lado oeste de la carretera, pasarás por una fábrica en medio de la nada.
After reading your comment, I watched the Motorweek video on here where they tested these two and the Mustang was indeed quicker and even quicker than the vette of that year. I also watched the Motorweek video where they tested the 85 Gt against the Z28 and the fuel injected Trans Am and again the Mustang was quicker. The GM products handled better though. Thought very Mustang fan knew that the 82 Gt was the quickest American car made.

We all wanted F bodies. Camaro's & Trans Am's. To be fair both cars have had their highs and lows but in the 80's, especially with the IROC Z, the Camaro reigned supreme. I have owned both, I have had one Fox body but I've had 5 gen 3 cars and I can good and bad stuff about both.
