Digging up the old carriage road Pt 2
What’s going on guys welcome back Kerry and I are out here at the carriage road we are out here from 7 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., ended up walking away with a few bottles. We dug over 40 broken milk bottles walked away with one , dug a few broken blobs ended up walking away with a 1qt blob, Gotta love your surface dumps. Was a great dig hopefully there’s more good spots there, rest of the spots aren’t as deep as the area we’ve been digging. What’s going on guys welcome back. I’m out here at another new location I was told about WITH PERMISSION. Always get your permission guys. just me for the day, im out here from 10am up until 9 pm moved a good 10ft in dirt ended up walking away with a few bottles. Dug a lot of good broken stuff but didn’t get to the older stuff yet the format of this dump is rather different from others it seems...

Reason I asked size have only 1 poison 3"tall light honey amber bottom marked k1 I believe used to identify mold used to make the bottles these letters and numbers change .

Although not a very old spot, it has the goods. (I dig and sell more Pennsylvania milks than pretty much anything else here in central Pennsylvania.) Thousands dug since 1987. I am known as the Bottle Man and the Glass Man but I'm getting old and the digging is rough. 🤔😂😂
I would say it’s a old spot, we dug broken blobs and broken hutches dozens and dozens of broken crocks no signs of squats yet
Thru the years I dug many skull and cross bones in n.y different shades of amber never been Blessed to dig a cobalt my hat off to you great find if you dont mind asking how tall is it any markings on bottom? Great show thank you
3 inches tall and not sure what was on the bottom, wasn’t my pick but yeah was a killer bottle, we dug another skull and cross bones cobalt couple months ago. Just recently dug a amber poison last week

Most definitely, we pretty much cleared half the surface dump, so not much more to it left
@Travelling..Bottle..Digger We have dumps here in PA. That we have found over 100 milks a day in but generally only 20 or 30 a day.
@@bouncerslabrealnature9143yup we have that near us too. We just haven’t gone to those dumps yet, there’s so much dumps to dig and handful of virgin dumps out there still we poke around at like this one in the video

Awesome finds man. I have found a lot of those lavoris bottles but never with the contents, that’s cool, I wonder if it was a competition of listerine, sort of has a mouthwash look to it.

I love how Pennsylvania folks think a13 on the base makes the ball jar super valuable 😂 I have about 40 of them that i bought at a yard sale for 25¢ each. The tinct iodine is very nice. 13 is great on a Griswold just in case you didn't know. (Cast iron skillet)
Well you ain’t no collector or a digger I can tell you that for sure if that’s your statement your gonna make about #13. And to teach you a little something about the base having the #13 since you wanna be ignorant. Back in the 1900s they smashed all the #13 jars because of the the unlucky number 13 so it’s harder to find that number than any other. And yes you can still find them anywhere just less likely. There’s some history and knowledge for you next time don’t be so ignorant because you don’t know what you’re talking about.
#13 will bring you money same as #2s and #4s and even more #s to any kind of skillet wagners, Wapaks, butter pat, BSRs, Smithy, Lodges, FPWs and the list goes on bet you don’t know some of these as long as it’s the correct brand and year since you think you know everything. Griswolds just more popular because they are more sought after and better quality since you wanted to re-edit your comment and add that last part in. I have tones of skillets so keep trying there buddy 👍🏻
So many commons, so little time. 😂 I dig in central Pennsylvania and find about 50 junkers to every good one. I'm pretty good though 👍
