    • @anonymousviewer6721
      @anonymousviewer6721 7 месяцев назад

      @@FitFlashBriefingKombucha is mildly alcoholic and shouldn't be consumed often. Its a probiotic filled drink. Too much probiotics can disturb the stomach's natural bacteria and can also trigger allergic reactions. Raw milk can be dangerous due to the potential presence of various bacteria that can cause foodborne illnesses, often referred to as "food poisoning." Some of the dangerous bacteria found in raw milk include Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Campylobacter, and others 1 . These bacteria can seriously injure the health of anyone who drinks raw milk or eats products made from raw milk 1 . Some of the risks associated with consuming raw milk are: Diarrhea, stomach cramping, and vomiting 2 Severe or even life-threatening diseases, including Guillain-Barré syndrome (which can cause paralysis) and hemolytic uremic syndrome (which can result in kidney failure, stroke, and death) 2 5 Higher risk for pregnant women, children, the elderly, and people with weakened immune systems 5 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that raw milk is linked to a variety of foodborne illnesses, with some of these illnesses being severe 2 . Good safety practices can reduce the chance of germs in raw milk, but not completely eliminate it 2 . Pasteurization is an effective method to kill raw milk pathogens without significantly impacting milk quality 3 . In conclusion, raw milk can pose serious health risks due to the potential presence of dangerous bacteria. It is essential to practice good safety measures and consider the risks associated with consuming raw milk and raw milk products. Pasteurization is a reliable method to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses 3 . • @ad-ross
      @ad-ross 9 месяцев назад

      You can survive without glucose by your body switching to it's backup system running on keytones because you're not eating the fuel it prefers. It's just not optimal.

    • @DavidSorensenPlus
      @DavidSorensenPlus 8 месяцев назад

      If we rely on our bodies producing glucose, instead of eating it, it takes CORTISOL to produce it, in other words, we wear out our adrenal glands. For strong healthy individuals this may not be a problem at first, but it may wear you out in a decade or so. For those having chronic illness like fatigue, autoimmune conditions, leaky gut etc, a carnivore diet will wear you out even more in just in a couple months.

    • @FitFlashBriefing
      @FitFlashBriefing 8 месяцев назад

    the respiratory effects fentanyl has on your body isn't like "gasping for air and not getting enough." you don't feel like you're drowning or don't feel suffocated. it tricks your brain into basically not breathing often, but when you DO breathe, you feel as though you're breathing just fine, unlike say a blocked airway or congestion in the lungs, or even COVID, although i believe COVID may have had similar situation, because many people did not realize their oxygen levels were near fatal levels when getting to the hospital, which is why they asked people to purchase and use the finger oxygen readers... Have you ever gone into the Dr office and they put that little thing on your finger? it measures your lung performance by analyzing your blood inside your finger, seeing how much oxygen is in the blood. It should be at 100%, but some people it will be in the 60-80% range, which is really bad. longtime heavy smokers will be in the 80-90 range, and yes sometimes they will feel suffocated, but often they do not, and even when they DO, this is usually a result of congestion and/or lung damage, meaning their brain can tell that it's not getting the oxygen it needs, but some diseases and medications like fentanyl can trick the brain into not realizing this, and so then the person will not feel as though they are suffocating. With fentanyl, instead of breathing 15-20 times a minute, you only breathe like 8 times a minute. if you were to consciously breathe more often, you'd be fine, but you "forget" to breathe, especially if you're passed out asleep on it. Some people get so high that they only breathe like once or twice per minute, and that can be fatal, but they do not "feel" like they're suffocating, they're often passed out if they're on that high of a dosage, and before passing out they may have been breathing about 4-8 times per minute, but still did not feel as though they were suffocating, as their brain was tricked into believing it did not need the oxygen.
