Hello!! Welcome to the Dimash era!!! The first time I heard Dimash I was surprised just like you. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My first songs I heard from Dimash were SOS and Sinful passion. You will be tied up like all of his "dears”. That's what Dimash calls his fans and there are millions of us around the world. Dimash was born into a household of musicians. At age 5 he began training at a music school where he was diagnosed with "absolute pitch." At age 6 he won his first piano competition. He continued his studies and graduated from the University of Classical and Contemporary Music. He has a master's degree in composition and is pursuing a doctorate in musicology. He is a multi-instrumentalist (6), as well as a vocalist and composer. He has ventured into acting, audiovisual direction, dance, advertising modeling (he is 6.3 feet tall). He has won countless awards and honors throughout his career. The most surprising thing is that he is barely 30 years old. He speaks Kazakh (native language),Russian and English and studies Mandarin Chinese. He sings in 14 languages. Finally I will tell you that above all these characteristics, he is an extraordinary human being who loves peace, respectful of his parents, family and culture and the best ambassador of his country to the world!!!

This is one of my all-time favorites. I grew up in the music as the first several pieces, my son grew up in the classical 90s boy band era, and my mom’s neighbors grandson is a big BTS fan. As a result I recognized all but one of the songs although I couldn’t always remember which boy band did what. Eli spent some time in Asia when he was younger and learned Korean and during the BTS section he is actually singing in Korean. It’s hard to pick out but once somebody pointed it out I always hear it now.

This is such a fun one, isn't it? And I agree with you about how you can tell how much fun they're having. These guys love to sing, and you can tell it. I know that other people have told you bits and pieces about the group, but let me tell you a little bit more: Geoff (the bass singer, singing lead with Shoshanna), Layne (the beatboxer, short sleeve blue shirt, sitting off to the right), and Earl (the high tenor, red shirt, blue scarf) started this group together with a man named Mykal back in 1997 or 98 when they were 9th graders singing in their school chorus. Eli (pronounced Ellie, rock tenor, back row center) attended a different high school, also singing in the chorus, and the two schools' choruses occasionally competed with each other, so the original four knew him or at least knew of him way back then. The last member of the group showing in this video, J.None, joined in 2018, and stayed until 2021 when he was recruited by the US Navy to sing in their choir. He was replaced by Cesar, whom you saw in their cover of bts's Butter. Earl left the group in 2020 for personal reasons, and has not been replaced. Since the group is a man down, they regularly bring in featured artists like Shoshanna in this one, and DeeJay Young in Butter. Mykal has come back recently to feature in two songs of theirs: Stand By Me, and Be Prepared (from The Lion King). I'm subscribing to your channel in anticipation of watching more of your reactions to Voiceplay. There are a lot of us that roam RUclips searching for new reactors, so I imagine that you'll be getting more views and subscribers pretty soon. 😊

They're dropping a brand new performance at noon today - and it's Extra because it's their first origination of a song from a game. They've covered other groups - now they got to have their own. This is going to be big.

Dancing is not really their thing 😉... took a long time to learn all the choreography! They did a great job! Their ACA top 10s are almost all live and one take... love it! ⚘️🕊

They do have some live one shots, most of their ACA Top 10's Cartoons, Sit Com themes etc and then Disney Villains, Heroes and Sidekicks also Bro Country and much more fun stuff. There is so much fun on their channel but beware of whiplash they can make you fall out of your chair laughing in one and break your heart in the next.

They have lots of Christmas songs even though they're called the kings of Halloween. Their newest "Zat You Santa Claus ?" is also a wonderful tribute to Louis Armstrong. Enjoying your dive into Voiceplay.

I'm very old, so only knew about 3 of the songs, but love this performance! They used to do this in their live shows without the costume changes.

Always here for VoicePlay or Geoff solo channel reactions. They are the best! Eli (pronounced "Elly," rhymes with jelly, short for Eliezer) the bald tenor does all of their lighting and was lead singer with a rock band before joining VP about 2010. Layne (beatboxer) and Geoff (pronounced "Jeff") are the two founding members still in the group (since 1997). We love it when Layne sings in addition to beatboxing. He was their baritone back in their "4:2"FIVE" early days when Scott Porter (the actor) was their beatboxer. The car belongs to Layne's father who purchased it in 1972. Layne or Eli or Geoff do create the arrangements that are always impressive. If you want to hear from B0's from Geoff (2nd white key on a full piano keyboard), check out their cover of "Valhalla Calling."

VoicePlay is great. This is an old one when Earl and J were still in the group. J still comes back frequently when he's on military leave to sing with the guys. Subscribing for more VoicePlay (and hopefully tunes from Geoff's solo channel). Geoff's solo releases aren't acapella but he layers his vocals and does all of the amazing arrangements and instruments himself. A five octave vocal range (three octaves in full chest voice) is a powerful thing! Nothing disappoints on either channel. VoicePlay/Geoff have a very active and enthusiastic fanbase so regular reactions to both will earn you subscribers and likes pretty quickly once we all find you.

This group got me addicted very quickly. Their best arrangments have to be a toss up between “Hellfire” and “Nothing Else Matters.” In Geoff’s solo work, his best arrangements are “Carol of the Bells” and “High and Dry.” Of course this is my opinion, but I’m just letting you know you haven’t seen anything yet, it only gets better :) Thanks for the reaction (and for how much fun you’re having).
