Ginny really should be Ariel.. she has red hair, and pined for Harry for years (Harry would be Prince Eric in this scenario). Umbridge on the other hand, makes a perfect Ursula.

Personally I would've switch it to Ginny or Hermione as Ariel and either Harry or Ron as the Prince.
