The Strong National Museum of Play, full walk through!
This place is incredible! We had such a great time here, it was even better than we remembered. We walk through the entire museum, do lots of activities and enjoy the video game section. If you are a toy buff, love history or have children in your group you will love the museum. This is truely unlike any museum I've ever been to, and it is totally worth the trip.

Staying in Rochester New York at the Hampton Inn & Suites

We made a quick trip across the border to visit the Strong Museum of play (which is AMAZING by the way!) and chose the Hampton Inn and Suites for our visit. This hotel was priced reasonably compared to many in the same category so I chose to book here. Newcastle is a cute little town along the shores of Lake Ontario, and we enjoy checking out all the town activities. They had horse drawn carriage rides, jumpy castles and freezies! We were so excited that a full solar eclipse was able to be seen not too far from our house so today we ventured out to Cobourg Beach to take in the sight! Did we see anything?!?! Today we visited Owasco RV which is a wonderful place FULL of campers, trailers, RV's and Motorhomes of all sizes. We wanted to see what might be available to rent or buy should we decide to travel long distances for extended periods of time. This might be the most relaxing day on the internet. Today we took a walk down the beautiful white sandy beach in Indian Shores. We visited the Indian Shores Coffee Company for some delicious beverages and then we went to the Seashore Seaside Bird Sanctuary. Sadly there is no were that these Tiny Homes are allowed...unless a trailer park, but from what I am hearing lot rent keeps going up which makes the lower cost living not so much appealing in a tiny house...hopefully laws change soon...
@@peopledustcanada The tiny homes on wheels are definately a tougher road to go. I am mostly interested in a layout as an accessory dwelling. hopefully they do change the rules. Affordable housing is a problem.

Boudin was in walking distance from the hotel. The best part of the hotel was that we were within walking distance to the pier for our Alcatraz tour as well as the bakery. It was suggested that we don't park in the open as car break ins are at a high, so we opted for a hotel near by with underground parking! it was perfect!

I've been to the keg mansion before and i believe i encountered the kids in the stairwell Because it was really cold on the stairs And when I was eating I heard a pounding footsteps on the stairs but when I checked no one was there

The hotel has valet parking. You can park across at the casino and walk over, but that is also paid. You used to be able to use a players card for free parking if you gambled a little but they have changed that and now you have to be a certain tier level I believe. So to answer your question, yes parking is available but it isn't cheap!

Nice video! I have a great hack for you if you live close driving distance to the airport. This hack applies to both Spirit and Frontier. Both airlines charge a non-refundable "carrier interface charge" or a "Passenger Usage Charge" as spirit calls it on their end that can sometimes be up to $23 each ticket, each leg of the trip. This fee can often be waived if you go to the airport and buy you tickets with the agents at the counter. This is a huge savings if you are trying to do a lot of family travel or trying to get a cheap ticket even cheaper. A direct round trip ticket might end up saving you $46 each ticket because each leg is up to $23 and notoriously the longer the flight its usually the full $23 they charge. For example my boyfriend and I wanted to fly from Ohio where we are to Los Angeles. The cheapest flights we saw online were spirit round trip with the return having a small layover in Vegas. What was originally going to be almost $250 each ended up only being around $123 each (going off of memory here) because we had 3 legs as part of our round trip flight. Another example being I often look at flights to Florida. What is already a $110 or sometimes $95 direct round trip ticket on either airline for me could potentially be $64 or $49 instead. Which makes planning short but fun getaways so much easier when you are not committing a huge cost to just airfare. If you look up the blog One Mile At A Time, they have articles on this for both spirit and frontier and how to do it.

Yes from Costco in Canada specifically. They are now maybe 3 years old so they may no longer have them, but they occassionally come out with similar. Next time I see them I will be sure to update via community post!
