Can we do exercise with fibroid of 5 cm
Fibroids in general should not stop you from working out unless you are severely anemic due to heavy bleeding or have severe pelvic pressure / bulk symptoms that makes workout difficult.
I was anemic. Under medication and reached 11.2.. Deficiency vit d etc. Feel always tired, sleepy, tensed and nor able concentrate. It was a small of 2 cm.... Bt within 1 1/2 yrs it increased to 5. Can i do wight loss exercises and butt loss workouts
