crazy shiiii ceo of push-ups
@@fabioschuler743 Thank you for having a look and commenting. Many can do more pushups and are stronger. This is just my daily grind, being consistent builds endurance and strength.
You are one of the people that inspired me to do these types or exercises almost daily. Couple day´s ago i was at 100 navy seal burpees from 25 a couple of weeks ago. Love the video´s Stay strong
@@Message1326 Thank you for watching and I am honored you find motivation on my channel. Good luck with your training, consistency will lead to success.
💪
@@codecaine Thank you.
Good work brother, I am still learning pull ups but this definitely gave me motivation to keep going. Get that winter arc gains 💪
@@Zmysteriouso Consistency will lead to success. A bit everyday and slowly build up. Gd luck with your training and thank you for having a look at mine.
cool im gonna give this a try.
@@Terry-tz6fj Thanks for having a look. This movement is easy on joints but gets more difficult once fatigued. Hits some unexpected back muscles as a bonus. Good luck with your training sir.
@@olympic_steel thx
Way to stay focused on the goal. Good work.
@@LionPelt Thank you very much for watching and commenting. I appreciate your support.
@@olympic_steel No worries, man. It’s far more challenging as we get older. Our bodies want to betray us 😄. You’re kicking ass

Great video thanks for the upload
I always appreciate your comments and support sir. Thanks for having a look.
I thought I was getting good at lunges . Last time I did reverse and walking lunges . I was sore like I've never done the moment before 😂
@@robertcunningham6592 yeah I know the feeling hehe, they hit muscles different than squats, just gotta stay consistent with em. Always appreciate you having a look at my training.
Let'$ go, gRingo!
@@Green_gorilla I always appreciate the support, gotta get some reps in, everyday.

@@revisionreader1922 Thank you, the grind continues.
Great workout, keep going. Unrelated to that, have read today about collagen peptide supplement, that supposedly helps keep your joints healthy in the long run, especially for athletes. Do you maybe take anything like that?
@@meopen1888 Thank you for watching and commenting. And I don't take supplements, just lots of food hehe. Protein- meat, eggs, dairy, vegetables, fruit, rice, bread and the much needed ice cream haha. I do take some vitamins most days -vit c, vit d, magnesium, fish pills and a multi.

Thank you.
Oh thats a great exercise. Will have to try that!

Do you really work out like this every day?
@@kevindrake714 I train every morning and post my workout. Consistency builds strength and stamina. I do change my training regularly, for variety and to practice skills I want to improve, like rings and jump rope. Appreciate your interest in my training and thank you for having a look.
LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOO. Felt like i had a training partner.
@@jordandk3293 Much appreciate support, keep getting those reps.

@@Green_gorilla The grind continues, everyday.
nice. i do something similar but not every day, 3 times i week. i do pull ups 4 x 8, push ups (on a bar) 4 x 20 and leg lifts on the double bars 4 x 15, then side karate kicks left+right 10 x 4 and front kicks 10 x 4. i do it in the sweaty heat here in Asia, outside in the park. i want to do those pull ups where they can get to the top of the bar and turn it into a push up, but even though I've been at it for 4 years I can't. the kicks too, tbh I'm starting to think those guys that make it looks so easy must be on roids or something. or maybe it's their weight...
I'm workout with you ⭐👍
I am honored you find motivation on my channel, gd luck with your training.
Good transition. But im not a fan of those ring pullups in the beginning. I assume you are too lazy to adjust them for when you train the actual transition. But optimally you should get a deep stretch in the bottom range, since it builds more muscle when doing so, according to the latest science. So not sure if you could possibly elevate the rack even further. Alternatively i would just do L-sit chinups on the bar itself, since it still has great carryover. OR...you could just spin the rings around the bar 5-10 times. Then im sure they will hang just below the bar and make you able to get that full stretch.
@@luffebassen Yes the rings adjust up but you are correct, I am too lazy too keep changing height. I find the most difficult part is getting used to using a false grip. I use this exercise mostly to warmup for assisted muscleups plus toughen my wrist muscles for false grip. I agree , full range is harder and builds more muscle. I appreciate your suggestions and you having a look at training.
@@olympic_steel Fair enough. Yes iv tried the false grip myself and its super tough in the beginning.
Some strong work 💪. Jiujitsu tonight but pull-ups and dips tomorrow for me :)
@@robertcunningham6592 Thank you, just getting some reps plus practice with my rope. Keep grinding and gd luck with your training.

Why hit the stomach
@@vitaholics Several reasons, it reminds me to engage my abdominal muscles before each rep. But mostly it's just the way I do the exercise, stomach strike, touch toes, pop into pushup, and back to feet. Keeps exercise rhythmic. Thanks for having a look.
Impressive. Inspirational.
@@Zipperneck. Thank you very much.
Is it Kabab too 😅. Great video man! 💪💪
@@Vagabond_Life23 train eat repeat, the Kabab 100 sounds tasty hehe, thanks for watching.
With the pull ups, the way you hold your wrists, is that for something? Thank you and great work dad
@@Message1326 Yes, wrist position on rings is called a "false grip". The weight of the body is supported on wrist bones instead of finger tips. This allows leverage needed to perform a muscle up, moving from pullup into dip position. I have found the need to strengthen this position over time using mostly this style of pullup. Thanks for watching and interest in my training.
Looking strong as always. 💪
@@meopen1888 Thank you, I always appreciate your support.
good stuff, I don't know if you do other variations as well, but seeing just this, what comes to mind is to mix in pull ups (overhand grip of the bar), if you find them more challenging then maybe just 1 every 5 or 10 chinups, also lifting your hands overhead after the squat would nicely activate shoulders (then the squat is called a 'thruster')
@@maciejguzek3442 thruster? I barely knew her! Just some humor haha, but I do appreciate suggestions. I occasionally work in overhand pullups. Routine regularly has towel chinups and ring work as well. I don't do much other bicep work so chinups get the arms good. And bodyweight squats I find make my lower back round after lots of reps. The prisoner position, hands on temples, seems to keep me more upright compared to a prayer position. Low ceiling so hands overhead difficult in my basement gym. Thank you for watching and commenting on my training.
How much rest between sets?
@@torowudang 1.5-2 min. between sets. I don't do sets to failure, trying to ingrain same technique each rep. Thank you for having a look.
