Look up fools like St Gabriel of Georgia and you’ll know what that looks like, which are essentially jesters for Christ who are completely dead to this world. We’ve seen them throughout history but they’ll go so far as to act foolish to avoid praise from others. Or give others prophetic messages that they don’t realize until later. Either foretelling future events or revealing the hidden sins of another person that God wants them to walk away from. One day St Gabriel in particular went into a bar and started dancing about. When a young man turned around and looked at the holy fool, Gabriel put his hand over the young man’s pocket and said “burn this letter”. The Saint not only knew the young man’s name, but also about the suicide note in his pocket meant for his family. Despite his debts the young man chose to live and turned to Christ. Years later he found where the mysterious old man was buried and he said the portrait of St Gabriel smiled or winked at him. Something along those lines but other miracles are often performed at Gabriel’s murial or coffin, including other fools for Christ throughout history. Just as the old items of Paul the Apostle had miraculous things happen. Even though the faithful have transitioned to the next, God still works through them.

No, the attack by the Romans in 70 AD does not fulfill this prophecy. He specifically described a supernatural event where he would appear in the clouds, visible to all corners of the Earth. He would know who was living their lives in a way that would make them worthy of saving. He would save those and destroy the others. That is what he was prophesying according to the text, and it did not come true, because it is a myth and not real, and it is getting really really really really really old listening to people talk about this magical stuff with dubious origns, for which there is no empirical evidence, using it to divide themselves into tribes where they demonize and scapegoat outsiders, and refuse to come together to discuss practical ways to address our very real problems.

There is unfortunately no prayer that will save you by just saying it. You have to openly let him into your heart, and actually feel remorse for your sins and turn away from them. I’ll leave you will a verse, Matthew 7:22-23: "On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?' And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness'".
