What was the cause of the over heating .everytime I throw me hard into a corner it over heats .I have bleed it many times .thinking it might be a waterpump but not sure

Solid video, brother. I live in Minnesota where winter temps can sit in the -10° through -20° Fahrenheit for weeks/months at a time. Adding this enclosure to the RZR when plowing is going to help immensely. I’m sure it’ll have a draft or two but for a few hundred bucks I think its well worth the price. Kemimoto has come a long way in quality. Thanks again for the review 💪

Not that it matters but if they're invading your home, especially this time of year; they're not Lady bugs, they're Japanese lady beetles. They're similar but Japanese lady beetles are invasive and CAN bite.

Just got my 05 pref 500. Runs n drives but stator don’t charge. Battery is garbage to no plastics harness all cut n bypass got it off someone like that n got about 200$ into it about 1100$ left to put into it.. hopefully she’s worth it she’s nice but just missing alot of stuff

What did you do to set up the primary clutch. What belt did you use . I have a 1k xp with an RX1, still playing with the primary it seems to launch to hard. You did a great job the Nytro RZR build . I am impressed.

We have atrail boss and the radiator did the same thing …have any advice the radiator is leaking and we are needing help on how to braze it as well. My husband thinks there’s no helping it. I just am sad cuz it’s a nice quad

Put a silver blue xc secondary spring get rid of the stock red spring cause it will make the power flat like taking off in 3rd gear.

Very simple kit. I installed this kit on my hd10. But it didn't seem complete. I had to cut some spacers on the upper side and lower side. It seemed sloppy without them. But i do like the simplicity of them. Fyi im running 30s in tires and also running zbroz shocks and that adds another 2". The car has completely different ride and look for tne better. Good luck with you build.

All you got is the wheel fell off because you were negligent and didn’t put a cotter pin in like you’re supposed to and then you ran out of gas and then you need the valves adjusted

I know this video is a couple years old but. Before and while you’re trying to cold start ANY Carbureted bike get on it and rock it side to side pretty good 3 or 4 times. It will crank a lot sooner. Especially on bikes that are a little hard to crank.

Was there access to the rear lower fender pieces without having to remove the inner fender once u raised the bed?
