You are lucky because leaving the tray in your mouth for 9 minutes or more seems too long. That putty hardens fast and if you have trouble getting the tray away from your teeth, the impression will get messed up.

So you're saying that with even being on a call with a rep instructing you on how to do the impression kit, they can still reject them?🤨 That's crazy and a turn off for me (someone who just wants to cover a gap). And I just watched another video where someone said that rejecting of numerous impressions sounds like a scam. And I'm feeling the same way as them.

I want to get a set, if they reject the mold do I need to keep buying? Because it’s expensive.

I did the impression and got rejected. I did the small one for the top too. And it didn’t cover all my gum line. Do you think I should do the big one for the top and small for the bottom?

Why does everybody’s shiny smile look natural, mine look awful. They look like I’m wearing dentures with a bad fit. They are ok as long as I don’t smile, nobody really notices if I’m just talking. 5 weeks of waiting just to be disappointed.
