How do you install the rubber sheet at 8:24? When I do, the door can't open fully because it presses against the rubber and can't go under the dishwasher. I had to slide the door way up, but then I needed to lower the dishwasher to avoid it hitting kitchen counter... Thanks
You can order a higher dishwasher, or use a selection aid on the site so that the dimensions are taken into account (height of the niche, height of the skirting boards, etc.)

Here is a very, VERY simple concept: If music adds nothing to a video, don't have it.
Excellent video, just what I need for my new Bosch dishwasher. The only thing it does not explain is the rubber sheet which comes with the unit, the bit that the two rubber tabs is cut from ( not shown in video, but goes under the bottom locating tabs on the door ). Maybe the Siemens unit does not have this part which the Bosch unit does ( same company so they say )? Overall helped me out no end, many thanks :)
The rubber sheet is used for the noice reduction.
In the new updated video the installation of rubber sheet is also in the video !!!!

My Siemens SX85TX00CE came with a rubber sheet, but I couldn't close the door after installing the sheet and screwing the furniture door on top of it. I had to slide the door up, but then I had to lower the whole dishwasher to avoid it hitting the kitchen counter... Did you have the same problem? Any advice? Thanks
