Love brings me back
Life with good LSD
"Snorts, record scratches - Frank Zappa" WTF....
Midnight Special brought me here.😊❤
I really love how it adds the late 70s/early 80s vibes while filming this music video, not much of a big budget but it's brilliant!
Me faz chorar sempre... Fique em Paz Querido Jeff Beck....
Are theee just random home movies?
someone in 2023?
2024 here
I betcha someone's missing their sweet heart... seeing pic's like these, leads me to tears..... because I know exactly what they'd be going through. Please though, don't blame God for what the devil did....he did it,......not God!
Great band, album and song but this video has no excuse.
RIP Jeff Beck. I can't stop crying. 💚

Wendi is this you on this video? My sense of nostalgia just went over the top as I watched this. Here I am almost 59. I was 15 in 1976 and the memories just started to flood. Regards Kevin Copeland Tulsa OK
thats amazing!!! i let wendi know how to find him
@Kevin Copeland, I turned 16 the summer of ‘76, got my driver license, and Beck tones soared the rest of the summer in my ‘73 Gran Torino. This did indeed make the memories flood back. Time went by fast, didn’t it? Btw, I drove from Memphis to Tulsa last September to see Beck. Did you go? Great show, although a little short. Loved Tulsa though. Great town.
Paul, it's Wendi. I hope you're doing well. I sent you a private message years ago on RUclips, but you never responded. I can't figure out how to do it now. Previously, I offered to give you the super 8 of the other movie of me you made of me in 1976. Now, I had it digitized, and I am asking if you want to add it to your channel, since it is your movie. If you don't want to add it, please let me know, so I can get it on RUclips some other way. Please respond within 90 days, life is short. Thank you.
wendi you can write to paul at paulnorster at gmail
I need to chat with you Wendi. I have a strong connection to this video.
I tried looking you up on Facebook.
love is blue is a good listen as well. but isn't this nice, too??

Beck is and always will be,soaring angelic tones. my guitar gets jealous
Tell your guitar I said learn from it and don't be jealous.
@ 1:11 another one?
that's just my mom, who is shown a few seconds later here...
This is so special. Do you know how special this is? It's so beautiful.
Whatever. Sound is good enough in a pinch, though.
So did I! High as hell with two buddies, one from Chi town the other from Inkster just back from Nam. Tanks for the memories. Cheers!
Do you think Procol Harum borrowed this chorus from an old Disney movie or program? Because I'm watching Wheel of Fortune right now and it's Disney week, and the theme song sounds really similar to the chorus of "TV Caesar". I realize Mighty and Mickey are two different mice, but let's say the chorus really did come from an old Disney show. Maybe changing it to Mighty is Procol Harum's way of disguising it. I'm just throwing this out there for fun- it's probably just a coincidence.
I guess I had these lyrics wrong -"TV Caesar, Mighty Mouse, bores a hole in every house" since you know, mice bore holes!
so nostalgic
This is genius. Anyone who thinks it is crap, well, there's just no accounting for taste is there? :P
@Driver8852 i used to have this album on 8-track. It sounded excellent--unfortunately, 8-tracks were clunky; no rewind (except on a very few high-end players), songs being cut in the middle as the player switched programmes, leader tapes drying out and falling off inside the cartridges, etc. My copy of Wired suffered that fate--i had to open the box and join the 2 ends together with Scotch tape. Worked for awhile but never sounded the same as it did before that happened.
Shot with an 8mm?
Look! 23000 hits for this and only 4000 for the band live in L.A.! Lay off the folks who made this vid, willya? They didn;t mess with the song and did their own thing with it. Props!
I was 14 when I bought this on cassette tape. I thought they were all the rage. It just turned out I was raged when the tape sounded like crapola. I have always loved electric guitar and Jeff is one of the finest artist's of my lifetime. I think I'll give Blue wind a listen now. Cheers!
the vid has a porn type feel of the era
E P I C....ask the whole bunch of Genesis and Peter Hammill their opinion on Gary Brooker and his squad...then you'll realise how enormous the Procol's contribution to modern music is....
strange movie...
nostalgia
YES ...DISGUSTING TO A true rock band we SEE but these things happen...luv you PROCOL HARUM !!!!!!!!!!
this is bogus...not a real procol 73 video...just someones shitty random vid footage on super8 film...there was no pacman in 1973, and no chucky cheese til '77 but most were opened in the 80s.
best LP is still the first by far.the cover is cool too-a hurried album dynamic overflowing with musicianship and images
I made it all the way through all 6 parts. A triumph of endurance!
It's nice to see the Futurama sign again around 3:57
It was a rainy, dreary day here and I suddenly found myself thinking about old, old favorites. Procol Harum came to mind, and the Grand Hotel album (I think it was always MY favorite as well). I used to particularly love this song, and was delighted to find it on here....weird ass vid, but still very cool hearing TV Caeser again! Thanks for posting!
Love the complex chord changes and the unusual melody.
one of gary brooker's best singing shows his true talent
Really odd comments.
