You need to contact valve and request a tour at their headquarters. Afterwards they will surgically attach a valve to the rear end of your cranium which will automatically add the item to your TF2 inventory.

that's funny if you want a little advice, just a little, then right click on your animation in view port (this on screen), click on "render settings...", and disable "ambient occlusion" to remove this noise, because mostly it just makes animation worse by adding movie seed noise (most of people don't use it, as i saw) but i like to see that you're creating stuff like that c:
what noise do you mean?
the film noise, if you want to make your animation more like "movie" it is used often, but not in SFM, rather in post-production, so it looks better when is disabled (and it also relieves the computer a bit) it imitates like it will be recorded by a real camera, but it isn't that good in TF2 animations

i can't guarantee, but in my case it helped (i'm animating on LAPTOP, it isn't a potato but still, at least it never crashes when i load the map)
