The Leary Firefighters Foundation

The Leary Firefighters Foundation was established in 2000 by actor Denis Leary in response to a tragic fire in Worcester, Massachusetts that claimed the lives of his cousin, a childhood friend, and four other brave firefighters. We are the only foundation in the U.S. that funds equipment, vehicles, education, training, and technology for firefighters nationwide. We work to bridge the gap between public funding and the needs of firefighters and their families so they have the best available equipment and training to meet the extraordinary challenges of a perilous job.

God Bless the Worcester (9) Now form one Worcester Kid to Another Mr Leary. I was Born and Raised at 47 Oead Street Worcester and was outside the warehouse that night after seeing the fire from the windows of "Brew City". Me and the owner when on over to check out the fire figuring NO problem Our Boys will knock it down and be home in time for dinner. We soon found out They were not so lucky.
