I'd like to make a correction thanks to some feedback: Crowder didn't leave the daily wire, he was offered a four year $50 million deal that he called a "slave contract". It wasn't what kallmekris said, it's the audience she said it to. Kris has culminated (especially recently) the true crime girlies which have a huge crossover with the smut reader girlies. This video was in poor taste because it shows she didn't understand her target audience and their opinions. As for her points on the cover, yeah I can see how Icebreaker gets mistaken as a kids book, but it's no different from adult cartoons or anime. Happy Tree Friends immediatly comes to mind. The blurb makes it clear it's about college age students and parents need to be just a bit more involved in what they're buying for their teen. If a teen is old enough to buy the books for themselves, then they are probably old enough and mature enough to read them.

I am on kris side because some of these books are very crazy. but also the fact that people are getting so upset and I know Canyon made a video and everyone got really upset too. also I have been to the libraries and a few bookstores and I have seen that book being misplaced before and I was like oh my God. so it does happen. I think if there was a giant sticker saying adults only on it would probably help a lot more.

XD I was commenting back the difference between Game of Thrones (mostly the book because the first one is 869 pages long) only has small themes sprinkled throughout the series of problematic topics that are woven into a larger plotline of an Epic Fantasy whereas books like Birthday Girl, Credance, and 24690...that's basically the whole plotline XD

Icebreaker doesn’t look like it stars children, but one could easily argue it looks like it stars teenagers. I’m not a smut reader so havent heard Icebreaker is smut until recently, I’ve always assumed it was a YA romance. YA books are being read by children, and I don’t think a U on the jersey is enough to show it’s not about high school. Who’s gonna look at a book cover, assume it’s a kids book, then look closer at the jersey to double check if it’s marked university or high school?
