Something magical about that night, it was like Eddie truly channeled his 90s self. haven't heard him sound that punchy and youthful in like 20 years. didnt have his usual breathy elongated notes hes being doing for the last decade. and those high notes he hit that night were something else. I swear he held back this tour till the final night

I was there Thursday night. I was blown away. I've seen a lot of bands who peaked in the 90s. Pearl Jam still feels contemporary to me and the skills of their musicians sound as sharp as ever. A long and generous set with a great crowd. What more could I have asked for? I'll absolutely see them again when they tour again.

I have been a Pj / Ed tragic since 1995 (a tad late to get addicted) Have been to numerous shows across Australia, both Pj and Ed solo and have 100's of bootlegs of shows bought through 10 club. That said , there is no way Eddie is not a genuine person in his caring and sincerity in relation to feeling the hurt as equal to anyone else in times of a tragedy. I have heard people say it's all self absorbed game planning for sales. You can hear it in his voice the compassion and empathy this man has for people in unfortunate circumstances. Second to that , I think Ed opens his true self within his lyrics
