Mealballs is 500g mince ½tsp garlic granules ½ tsp onion granules ½ tsp ground ginger ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 egg Sauce is Red pepper 2 garlic cloves 2inch ginger ½garlic granules 1 tsp ground ginger 3 tbsp rice vinegar 3 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp hoisin sauce 3 tbsp honey 3 tbsp orange juice 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp sriracha ( i used less) 1 tsp chilli powder
