this is what I do to be more cyclical
I can't continue living my life in the rythm society wants me to live. I will turn 25 in february, the year comes to an end and I rush to plan my next year...
and I feel anxious just thinking about that I only have 5 years until I am 30. In times like this I learned to remember the past and see how much changed in my life in the past 5 years. Past and future can hold so much. But I am here now, not anywhere else.
And today, here and now - a new video is out, reflecting about the cicles: autumn, days and nights, years and years, the moon and my own cicles in my body. Life happens in cicles and we should learn to plan our life aligned with them. I shared here some of my anxiety and struggle...
