Hi, I use 1-tablespoon to every 8oz of water So is I have an 32oz container of water I mix 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into the 32oz water to cleanse my scalp n hair. I prepoo first then cleanse my hair n scalp with apple cider vinegar. Rinse the apple cider vinegar then apply my moisturizing deep conditioner. Actually apple cider vinegar makes my hair feel very soft.i rinse my deep conditioner out. I apply to my scalp n hair my leave-in Fenugreek water,fresh strain aloe vera gel a moisturizer cream,castor oil on my hair n that is it. Every 3 days I add my fenugreek water n fresh aloe vera n moisturizer cream,n castor oil to my hair. I really do not put any oil on my scalp. My scalp makes it own oil called sebum.
