This machine needs to be used in every surgery involving the spine and its nerves. It needs to be in as many hospitals or clinics as possible and in the hands of as many doctors we can get it in. It would lower the risk of nerve damage greatly!!!

Gracias Dr. Ayats y Oliver, después de casi un año de su exitosa intervención robótica con el Mazor en mi espalda y como explico en el otro post ,Ud. me dijo después de siete días de la intervención y entrar en silla de ruedas en su consulta, que todo era correcto, que fuera al Psiquiatra para que cuidara mi cabeza que Ud cuidaría mi espalda, pues si, después de la trombosis y embolia por no andar, y salir vivo, después de estar 7 meses con heparina y andar mal con cada vez mas dolor, me ha salido un derrame macular debido a la heparina, quedando ciego de un ojo, que le parece. Un neurocirujano colega de Ud. ,pero mejor médico y persona, después de haberme hecho una RM y un tac ha visto que tengo de los seis tornillos que me puso con el robot, cuatro salidos, a mas de una vertebra rota, el canal obstruido y varias hernias. Ya me ha dado fecha para intentar arreglarlo. Que le parece el drama.. Si salgo de esta nos veremos en los juzgados ya que tengo pruebas mas que suficientes de su mala praxis.

espués de tener hora para operarme con otro neurocirujano para hacerme una microdiscectomia L 4-5, fui a Oliver Ayats Institute a buscar una segunda opinión, tenia hora con el Dr. Bravo pero me derivaron al Dr Ayats, de entrada ya quería ponerme en el Robot, al insistir me hizo el día 2 de Mayo una microdiscetomia con motorización L-3-4-5, fallida. Al final consiguió operarme con el robot día 29 de Mayo también fallida, consiguiendo ponerme 6 tornillos con el Robot, estuve bien 7 días y al día siguiente al levantarme ya no podía andar, solicite visita al Dr., Ayats, llegue en ambulancia y silla de ruedas en su consulta y me dijo que estaba todo correcto, que fuera al Psiquiatra para que cuidara la cabeza que el se cuidaría de mi espalda. A los dos días al no aguantar los dolores, fui a otro Centro de urgencias donde me hicieron RM. y el traumatólogo me dijo que tenia hernias que ya se debían haber sacado en la primera operación, el canal estrecho y que los tornillos no hacian falta y que volviera al Dr. que me había operado ya que era el único que sabia lo que me había hecho. Alas dos semanas aun faltaban dos días para el control, fui a visitarme, el Dr Ayats me dijo después de ver la RM. Que todo estaba correcto, que siempre iba antes de hora sin motivo, y que hiciera 20 sesiones de rehabilitación, placa y volviera a los dos meses según protocolo. A los dos meses por no moverme me hospitalizaron por trombosis y embolia bilateral profunda, ya llevo tres meses con heparina. Fui a la visita de control y no me visito el Dr. Ayats, me visito la Dra Varela que después de ver la RM. Me dijo que a lo mejor tenia fibrosis o algún tornillo salido. Envié un email al Dr. Oliver, explicando lo pasado y pidiendo ayuda, me llamaron para darme hora, acudí y el Dr., sin mirar las pruebas, me dijo también que todo estaba correcto y me mando al Osteopata de la casa. En resumen, empece con una ciática el mes de febrero y he acabado el mes de Agosto invalido con trombosis, embolia pulmonar, estamos a finales de Octubre y con los dolores en las piernas que me impiden caminar bien y un mal terrible en la zona de la intervención, todo un éxito según los Dres, Oliver-Ayats.

Dr. Sam bedermañ is a genius. after having six failed back surgeries I found Dr. Bedermañ and he has actually saved my life. if God had a brother,this Dr. would be him. I have never met a doctor like him. he doesn't fall ever at what he does best. He cares and can correct any problem that crosses his path. if a time has been seen or operated on by an orthopedic surgeon and has continued to have ba k problems Dr bedermañ can and will correct the problem. I myself ended up much worse after each back surgery done by another wanna be surgeon. I wouldn't leave my home and could barely walk. then after waiting two years I started looking for a doctor that could help me. I found Dr. bedermañ and have been thrilled to be able to live again . my life now is all due to Dr. bedermans brilliance. I will. ever let another doctor touch me. he far surpasses any other doctors ability. and just to add to my admiration for this man , he really will help anyone young or old. make a consultation appointment and u too will become.e mesmerized by his kindness, knowledge and good looks

I'm from Denmark too. I got my siagnosis in April after an x-ray at Hjørring Sygehus, they told me that they couldent do anything. It was mild 15 and 20 degrees at that point. My mother decided to move us to the Copenhage area and now I'm in treatment at Rigshospitalet, The last x-rays showed curves of 29 and 34 degrees, and the doctors say, that if it has inreased in the next x-rays, that is about to be taken at October 30th, I will need to have a surgery.I'll hope you get treatment :)

I loved this series but thought the episodes were not focused on the authors but on topics. This one on Asimov never mentioned his Foundation Trilogy which I enjoyed more than I Robot. Never mentioned his Sci Fi stories about the detective who was afraid of space travel that were brilliant. Same thing with Arthur C Clarke an Heinlein.
