I don’t like this. The playing sounds good but I’m sure we all know that they are stealing straight from crown, this isn’t being creative at all
High school bands have been quoting famous DCI features for years. It gets kids engaged and often helps students get into interesting repertoire and technique. I really don't see the issue
Jonathan Newman's work is not reserved for Carolina Crown. If a school wants to use Blow It Up, Start Again, we can.

Sousaphone falls are always brutal
Out sousaphone section leader fell at prelims in our regional, he was not happy in the pictures, I felt so bad
it's not about the fall it's about the recovery. and they got back up and in line in time for their next entrance so they did pretty good all things considered
Nothing you could have done could have made what I just saw worse Visual and sounding
one time a prop ruined our visual score. how? it started blowing away and the bd had to run onto the field to grab it so it didnt run into a bunch of kids lol. at our own competiton aswell
so many props to the folks who march, deep respect

This drumming wasn't the best, but I'm ok with showing my failures so i can know how i grow.
Guys, it IS synced to finals audio. That's why there's timing that's off in the ballad. Also, it's not immediately noticable that it's mixed with the finals audio because the volumes are equally mixed. I guess I could've panned them L R but that'd've made my life really difficult.
Can you sync this with the finals audio??? I have a high quality audio recording of you need it!!!

@@jakekhesino4434 when drumline and the horns are about a whole quarter note out off time with each other, yes that’s considered a timing issue.
@@drummersnare6276 i don’t really think you understand how marching band timing works. the judge is near the drumline right? the drumline will never hear the brass in time because of how far behind them they are and because of the stadium walls. so while it sounded like they weren’t in time together, they were actually perfectly in time.
