Tuttul is an open-faced sandwiches made from soft flatbread originating from the Siljan area in Dalarna, Sweden, which include potatoes. Each parish in the Siljan area has its own name for these flatbread sandwiches, but "tuttul" is the most widespread.
Swedish Flatbread Tuttul:
15 g yeast
2 tbsp granulated sugar
50 g butter
2.5 dl milk (approximately 1 cup)
3 tbsp syrup
1 tsp anise, whole
1 tsp fennel see...

The video is really nice, but it will be better if can add in some subtitles or captions along showing the major steps. With that we get to learn something as well. Sometimes I will just get very curious about what this step is doing. There js this Chinese RUclipsr Li Zi Qi, I find that kind of captions in her videos is quite helpful. At least for curious audiences like me 😬
