My hand held 2 stroke yardman blower kept dying so I took the cardurator apart, cleaned it out and re installed it. Now it works great. This video shows how I did it.

In this video I replace the White Rodgers gas control valve for may gas furnace that has been leaking.
When running it dry, someone told me to open the choke and have torque set to maximum. Hope that's right, first-timer here....

I have the same exact 2000 intruder vs800 and couldn't find anything out there rather than your work as a guide to follow during my adventure to replace the stator on mine. I'm halfway now and crossing my fingers for a good luck to finish this project 😅

@@christopherjpeters at least that 2.3l water is external and not inside of the front timing cover like the 3.5l v6. I'm actually looking at an explorer with the 2.3l and I'm trying to do my research ahead of time
Absolutely, the internal ones are no fun. When I do those I will also replace the timing chain and cam phasers if equipped just because I'm in there

Very important, the thick washer properly goes on underneath the pulley. The Pulley Nut is a washer built on.

can you show me how to replace the hose or cut the hose and stuck it back in on the other end? I'm needing a fix for the other end of tht hose,,it looks like it's just clips but I'm not able to get it off

I recommend a thin coat of rtv on both sides of the gasket and the rubber pass through for the wires to prevent leaks onto the exhaust
Good job! Looks like a massive PITA 😆 Hey the motor has "flood clear" mode if you want to crank it without chance of it firing up, what you do is FLOOR the gas, HOLD it down, and then crank the starter. The computer won't let the fuel injectors open so the motor just cranks over. You can also do this if you flood the engine with gas (how, I dunno) and need to clear it.

It's under a metal cover behind the ignition switch. In the center just behind the second posting jug.

Do you know how to change out the engine cooling temperature center housing?
Did you have to align to motor so that the drive shaft and the coupler meet correctly?
I had to turn the crank to align the spline shaft up. I did a poor job of showing that part during the video

Yes, it needs to be screws on down to the same position it was in prior to removal

I can get into the door latch on the actuator by using this method, but i cant disengage the door lock (the other two cables coming off the actuator i assume are for the lock). I have the same symptoms but pulling on that latch on the actuator won't open my door. I assume i need to disengage the lock first.

I love you and you are my hero! Had a big dumpster blow right into my wife’s door and dented it to where it blocked the metal piece from moving up! This video helped me flip it up enough to open the door and push the dent to free up the switch! Thanks for saving me hundreds!
There’s a lever on the motor. You push it down to put it in gear.
You also raise the handle to engage the wheels for the self propel. I had a couple of these a bit older that the one you have. Mine were blue.
Will this work if child lock is on?
FYI I have a model built in 1999 and those two middle pulleys are not the same the pivoting pulley is the same diameter but it is wider/thicker. I believe the first guy had it for the entire 25 years and I'm the first one to do work on it which included actually patching the deck...
I've rebuilt a 16 year old traeger with rust inside and currently on a 7 year old. I watched your video for tips. The 7 year old ill keep since no rust. Looks like you did it right. For the inside, I'd do the oil and torch method to season it. And the buckets are cheap. i use one for my Blackstone and traeger. I also completely take apart the smoker, but that's my preference.

Chris: I literally have been at it for hours. The new pump module is in (Carter), and it just WON'T thread. It keeps jumping off the track. Is this the issue you had, or just the fuel lines being so short and the harness getting in the way? All I can think of is that the pump module is not compressing correctly or there is something on the track stopping it from threading, but I have been able to put the broken OEM part back in before so I think the issue is with the new pump. Mitsi no longer makes that OEM part. Thanks! BTW its frickin hot in a Phx garage now. 🔥
This what I had an issue with also. It's important to make sure the pump base is fully seated before trying to thread the top.
How did you get the screws out?
I think I ended up using a pair of vice grips to break them free

pulley that engages the belt is the same diameter but the pulley is deeper... just saying their not the same depth
