When your veggie beds are empty, you can let your chickens do some roaming, they will eat all the bugs and help you with fertilise the beds. So, let them work for there food 😉😉😉

If nobody want to buy your goats, please consider them to rent out. They can help others to clear some land, and is a source of income. As your homestead is most off it cleared, you should take some sheep. If you want a donkey, please do not buy, go look at some animal shelters.

What ages are the goats you don't want and are they Billie's or nannies. I used to keep 3000 sheep by myself
