Hello Henrique. Yes, the P8010 indicator does require a power supply, either 100-240V AC or 24-48V AC or DC. It is not a loop powered indicator.

Go to setup mode by pressing scroll and up keys until display starts to flash. Release and then press the down key. Find parameter 'InP'. There will be a 3 digit display. The last digit will be either 0 or 1. Select 0 for degrees C or 1 for degrees F. To return to normal operation, press the scroll key to display a parameter legend. While this legend is still displayed, press the up and down keys simultaneously for 3 seconds. Alternatively, an automatic return to normal operation occurs if there is no key activity for more than 1 minute. A manual can be downloaded from the resources page of the west-cs.com website.

Hello Siswanty. Yes, P6100 controller is the replacement for N6100. Programming the P6100 controller is more user friendly than the N6100 and there is now the option to have a display colour of red upper, green lower. With N6100 there was only one colour available for the display; red upper and lower. We find that most of our customers prefer the red / green display as it is easier for the operator to easily distinguish between the Process Variable and the Set Point

Hello. How to stop the AT light from flashing. Press the UP and the SCROLL keys together. You should see SLCt on the lower display and OPtr on the upper display. Press the UP key until you get Atun on the upper display, SLCt should still be shown on the lower display. Press the SCROLL key to enter the Auto tune menu. You should then see Ptun on the lower display. Press SCROLL again until you see Stun on the lower display. If the AT light is flashing then you will probably see On on the upper display. Press the DOWN key and the upper display will then show OFF. Now press the UP and SCROLL keys together to exit the Auto tune menu. The lower display should show SLCt. Press the UP key until you get OPtr on the upper display. Now press the SCROLL key to get back into normal operation. The AT light should have gone off. If the upper display shows OPEN then there is either a problem with the sensor or the settings in configuration menu. Hopefully you kept details of the configuration and set up settings when the controller was originally programmed and put into operation. Check these settings. If they appear to be OK then check for a possible fault with the sensor. The ALM lights are flashing because the Process Variable display (PV - upper display) is showing OPEN. Hope this helps.

Hello Sarah. After configuring the controller come out of the configuration menu by pressing the Up and the Scroll key together. The display should then show SLCT on the lower display and ConF on the upper display. Press the Up arrow until you have OPtr on the upper display then press the Scroll key. That should bring you back to normal operation. However, if you still have a problem then please send an email to info@wardindustries.co.uk with the full model number and serial number of your controller. I will then set up a similar controller in our workshop and try to simulate the fault condition.
