The World’s Only 7 Star Hotel Is A Lie: The Truth Behind Hotel Stars
Просмотров 299Год назад
The Burj Al Arab hotel is the only 7 star hotel in the world. However, those 7 stars are a lie. Hotels have been using a star rating system as a marketing scheme for decades! This hotel star rating system is absolutely useless to the average consumer, especially for finding good hotel deals. Why? Well because not only does it only measures amenities but it also varies widely depending on who is...

I love to challenge myself to try new things! In this video I try 10 random Japanese drinks from 10 random Japanese vending machines. In Japan vending machines fill the streets. You can find them on not only every corner but down every alley, in front of every shop and in the middle of country roads. I wanted to see what some of these drinks were like and overall, it didn't go well. If you plan...

ABANDONED Buildings Consume This Country! (Durrës, Albania)

Abandoned buildings are fascinating. Why would someone pick up their stuff and just leave? What happens to a place long forgotten and left to the elements? Why abandon your home, life and country? Most importantly how does this become an epidemic that sweeps across a country? That's the question I explore in this video. After only a couple of hours in Albania I quickly discovered that the count...

You own Albania? Many albanians survive with less.
LOL!! Dude, watching you get down that drink was funny (:
Which city is the most peaceful?
They asked me to put on my shirt. Funny how they care about the dress code in the middle of forest.
That chair makes you look like you have 4 arms…😂😂😂 The reason ex communist countries remove all those is because they want nothing to do with communism and Russia. Period.
What's happened to recent videos? Do you not do it anymore?
I love your honesty, going now binge watch your channel..

PRICES and QUALITY vary a lot ... and a cheap Döner for 2,50€ might not be worth it ... but one for 4€ might. General rule of thumb applies: - near/IN train stations is more expensive - trucks/imbiss where they only rarely sell might have "overfried meats/sausages" and dry bread/salad - non-tourist areas are best
Do "nair" smfh
What about the women? Are they up for the boogaloo? 😅
Good video but I disagree with "interest in the liquor is on the decline". There have been shortages in the last few years due to a higher-than-ever demand, and the monks limiting production.

Albania looks like a fascinating country for me to both visit and live in someday. ❤😊
englishmen never know how to use google translator inside your android. and never even try to use translator
Nice Muslim people, eh?
No Muslims at all.
When I travel I am usually able to find train/bus info on either google maps or the best of nothing else works, Rome to Rio app
90% of people in foreign counties are nice to tourists, so claiming that “people are so nice” is completely redundant, same thing about food.
Idk when I went to the Canary Islands I saw a lot of graffiti telling tourist to go home
Not everywhere. Or not to all the nationalities.
It’s American Express no Albanian express. 😂
You look like news introwiew
You sound Canadian?
Is Albania better than Canada with your exoerience in regards to: people, cost of living, food, infrastructure, and government policies etc?
It’s. A sad affair when helping another person With a basic task is considered rare on This earth! Humans have lost their way due To the internet manipulating societies
You're a restlestraveller. You cant relax in just 1 city, village. You get bored too easily. There's so much to experience & to do in Tirana & other places. Gorgeous city & good people. 🇦🇱.😊.🇱🇺
As a German I would not eat such low quality products for such expensive prices 👎
Shame you focus on you and not where you are.
7:36:00 i like how you said Harveys is Canadian But McDonalds is not in Albania either LOL
I just want to know one thing about Albania. Is it noisy???? I don't want to travel all the way there just to find out. Are there mosks blaring ?
No way. It might be one or two mosque in Tirana. And maybe in certain villages. More than 90% of the country doesn't have that kind of noise.
Hello kind Canadian, Where are you now? Still traveling, or have you settled?
Ok Ok One Minute please-- What. What. Is the. “Shen. Din”???? Absolutely never heard of it Please. Please. Please don’t assume we know everything Explain to us Teach Us
I don't know, I can't share your loyalty toward the Albanian people. They seemed rude to me. Hospitality appears only when you bring cash (only cash, lol). I've seen many instances of locals being very rude to poor people, exhibiting harsh behavior toward pets, and displaying lots of plastic smiles (grimaces, I'd say). I personally encountered some establishments that didn't allow you to use their restrooms without paying them. And the most annoying thing is the absence of price tags at many places.
So sorry to hear that. About pets, yes there should be more sensitivity. It has already improved from many years ago as you could see healthy calm animals around, which shows their perception about people too. Still a lot of work in this regard. About using the restroom, I am very surprised. Albanians would do everything to be helpful in this term. As a woman nobody forbid me using it, and didn't allow payment or buying something. Sometimes it's good to go without any expectations to visit a new country, for a better experience.
Please delete the music, It is annoying !!
Dude - you need some sun !!! thanks
You should change the video's title from living to staying
transit: you can buy a "Deutschlandticket" which covers all local transit all over Germany for just 49 €. You don´t need to buy single ride tickets for 3 €
'The people' is a huge issue so glad you addressed this because most vlogs don't. This is especially true for would be retirees. Nothing can ruin a beautiful place quicker than rude people who don't want you there. Thanks.
I live part time in Annecy. You picked the most expensive, tourist place to have a couple of beers. In most places, the beer and soft drinks are about the same price 4E.
As a matter of fact it's grown in popularity and hard to find. A recent article in the wall street journal of all places said demand has risen. Very popular in cocktails. But the minks are not increasing production. They only want to sell enough to maintain themselves.
toronto accent?
7USD a gallon? wtf
Hello Do you suggest bhying property there? What are the prices? If you can help in with this information
Definitely yes ! A full home can be found with 80-100K , property tax for a home is 0€ still now in 2024! But even seacost Villa are super for 350K or more 😊
@@airwaystravel wow thanks for the information I live near the sea in my homeland and rarely go to see 😂 I would love a scenic greenery area
@@Random-l9p same as you always i prefer to see the sea coast but from a mountain or a gorge view , probably in Albania city like Durres or like Tirana or even Kruja offer a view to horizontal both of mountain and sea , yes and even prices are lower and options are higher ! If I were you I would buy a home in Dajti area of Tirana , in Kavaia area of Durrazzo , and in the area near Shkodra or Vora area , with 50k-80k you can find a big big diapason , depend even by lucky to find a good and affordable home but for the moment albania is Greta

Any nonwhites in Albania?
Yeah, the American Express card is the “black sheep” of credit cards since so many places refuse to take them even in the US. The reason? They charge almost double what Visa and Master Card charge the business that accepts the AMEX card. Not the best choice for travel.
Quite objective review.
I live in France. It is a beautiful country! Just don't stay in the center of Paris if you are counting euros. Regarding Croatia, it is a small country along with its buddy, Slovenia. Both countries are selling any and everything as that is their job to take money from tourist. Half the country rents out their apartment to tourists and sleep on the couch of a friend or at their parents home. In exchange, they keep the rent money except for the 2% tax they pay to the government. Then the rest of the year, they do nothing. All the comments I read is how can they charge more. They don't realise that soon the world will be in another Great Depression. Tourists will remember what happened to them and never return.
Thats not true, croatia is at top 5 per ownership of realstate, every body owns something somewhere and a loot of people especialy on coast own multiple realstate. Lol there is not squaters like in franceistan. Nor the gangs and violonce, accualy croatia is safest country in europe 2nd year in row ti walk during night. Also croatian unemployment rate is around 5% so people have a job and even 200k+ foreigners work here, croats generate wealth and avoid credits from banks cause of what happened to yugoslavia in 80s and with swiss Franks, if great depresion 2.0 hits, croats will stand a lot better then french since not half or the country will become homeless nor hungry, as i said everybody owns land and some realstate and i m taling not iust croatia. About turist gonna remember, this story is going on tor last 10 years and nothing changes, people flock to croatia perminantly cause of values we still have, safety, no woke propaganda ect. Your french comment is very uneducated and full of shite. Check your facts ahmed, if catasrpohy hits, you will want to be on bus for slovenia and croatia
