I guess all schools and all sports will need to hire & train new coaches for NIL & transfers. The head coach can't do everything. That's why there are coordinators for offense, defense, special teams, QB, RB, OL, DL, WR, kicker, long snapper . . . every one has a coach.

College football is dying. Workers can not afford to attend games or purchase merchandise. Workers' tax dollars are used to pay coaches and players while they borrow money to pay tuition.

I am a Crimson Tide fan to the bone and have been for over 60 years. I remember the Bear Bryant era and every coach since. Bryant, Stallings and Saban have been our bright spots for many years. We have seen some very grim days in between. Saban was our savior for many years. However, lets look back at 2007 Sabans first year. We went 7 and 6. Calm down folks. We will be back. We already have more wins this year than in 2007. In 2007 we lost to Louisiana/ Monroe. I predicted at the onset of this season for us to go 8 and 5. Next year will be a great improvement. We will be back to our norm in 2025. Let’s not be fair weather fans. Roll Tide.
