If I had more space and money I wouldn’t store in bags either. As it is my collection is probably too large now. You can use one bag for figure and accessories, the risk though is that they run paint off on each other and possibly spoil your figure or accessories. Or both.

Good catch. They are a mix of 94 and 95 Marvel Flair cards. 94 was the first run I believe. They really took comic card collecting to the next level!

@@TheMegatron673 tough to find. I think the set that got me collecting originally was the first run of Marvel Masterpieces. The first run was the best of course.

@@theplasticbarbarian3480 I actually still have my 1995 fleer marvel metal and 1994 marvel masterpieces. I also have the 94 fleer marvel universe cards too.

@@theplasticbarbarian3480 1994-95 fleer ultra x-men isn't hard to find on ebay. I've seen the flair set on their too. But I think the 95 or 96 marvel masterpieces is the set that's saught after because of the short print run.

I got stuff from the new wave on BBTS. I got the Wraithhailer, Xylerian Guard, and they had a congregation of necronominus Skelly. I'm excited to see what all the talk is about!

Yeah that’s probably true. I’m curious to see their new play style they announced recently. Even comes with some pre-painted minis which makes life easier.

Nice!! I mean you can play BT with your MW pieces but the scale would be off. I also wanted to get in to BT but I’ve got too many games as it is.

Do you mean where to purchase or what figure to buy first? BBTS has a lot in stock, but the best prices are always during the pre-orders from four horsemen, if you don’t mind waiting. As far as who to collect first, I say start with whatever figure gets your attention.

Oh yeah still around also a huge MW fan. It was my first table top minis game. I’ve got a few MW videos and shorts on here. My kids and I will play from time to time.

I might have to try that when I get a chance.

As long as they are acid free polypropylene bags you should be good to go!

Good question. I’ve usually had to clean them, but that was after they had been in acidic bags for a couple of years so they felt kind of slimy. It probably wouldn’t hurt to clean them, but it may not be necessary.

Yeah, heat was not really the issue on this one. He was plenty warm from being in an 85° room. I think it was largely user error. Usually, the heads come off the ball joint really easy if I just pull up on the chin, I made the mistake of twisting and the neck snapped. That’s what I get for trying to talk and disassemble things at the same time. Not the end of the world.

So far it has not been an issue for me. I’ve got figures that have been bagged several years now. I think the biggest problem would be moisture.

@@theplasticbarbarian3480 i thought of putting holes i into the bags and having it in non cleared plastic bins

@@cmarj09 my concern is that a hole in the bag could allow moisture to get in. I suppose it depends on where the bin is stored. If the area is temp and humidity controlled it should be good.

Cool thanks for the perspective. I’m always interested in hearing more about the lore and history of the game. I don’t even think the Malice are the great in MW, beasts for sure but I’ve never gotten to put one in to action yet. I want them because they’re cool looking and hard to find some times. I’m currently in talks to trade for Peacemaker but if that doesn’t work out I’ll keep you in mind. Thanks for the offer.

I don’t dislike the color, I think the color is great and a good contrast with the rest of her. I just don’t like that it hides the rest of her.

I know I was just saying that it would give her a little bit of the purple accent without hiding all the beautiful sculpt work if you swapped it out with goblins

He has some different armor and a custom sword and flame. The other one has a more generic weapon. I thought this one was announced first. But I forget for certain.

After the video I tried pulling him apart again. I could not get him apart but was able to create enough space to get the tail on. So yeah, just be cautious.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. My kids will occasionally play this with me but it’s so infrequently they always have to relearn it. I’ve seen a lot of people use mechs from MW to play BT. Obviously the scale is different but let’s face it the MW models are cooler. More like tiny action figures. Btw got any Stormhammers tanks you wanna get rid of? 😁

Excellent question. As you can see most of my figures are in the 7” scale range. I like the 6x9 bags as it gives you a little extra space and makes getting them in the bag easier. I’ve used slightly smaller bags but some times it was a tight fit and bags would rip. I feel like 6x9 should work very well for you!

Clear bags.com has a pretty wide selection of various sizes. For comics I tend to use bags and boards made specifically for comics. They’re the right size for individual protection. Hope that helps.
