Hello, I always wear it crossbody and I don’t have issues with the chain so far. I guess it really depends on what you carry and it helps that my phone is almost always in my hands 😆

Yes, you can even fit more for non bulky head/bow keys. For reference, it can fit a car remote key but it's all stretched out though.

Hello There! I see that you are size 6 1/2 but you bought size 6, so how was it? Because I'm size 6 1/2 but as I was reading all the reviews they were all saying go a half size bigger. Hi! Sorry for the confusion, my flats are all US 6 ( google says it's EU 36.5 but in Valentino it's EU 36 🤷♀️ ). I would say it's true to size, my size 6 fits me perfectly. Hope this helps 😊
