My recommendations in Jaipur 1. Gvd cafe : try their patties & cold coffee 2. Tapri central : fancy place kuch special nhi but rooftop resturant ki wajeh se famous hai. But atill accha spot hai 3. Masala chowk : best place na kahi jana padega and very affordable & cheap. Bohot saare food options hai 4. Samrat kachori 5. Jaipur mai kahi bhi rabri, faluda, shake kha lo accha he milega. There is as shop in bapu bazar they serve ice cream shakes, etc pista badam flavour & rose flavour. Bohot bheed lagti hai I'm not remember the name but vo akeli shop hai wala par 10 on 10. 6. Dhabas are good their specially malai kofta har jagah white gravy and sweet gravy mai milta hai. Udhar ka unique hai kaafi. Depend on your location sab dhabe acche hai

I aggre with chokhi dhani. Btw u cab get authentic Rajasthani thali anywhere in Jaipur. Main bus adda, railway station, etc har jagah resturents hai and u will get authentic thali at 300-400rs aram se vo bhi bohot acchi. We went to thali express i guess. I don't remember the name correct but normal resturant tha near rawat

Btw jaipur, agra, mp, easter cities of up har jagah khatai tartaric bohot khate hai normal logo ko aisa lagega bc kya kha liya isliye may be tumko pasand na aya ho samose, chutney, kachori khatti lagi ho but samrat is a gem. Jisko khatai khane ki adat hai usko acchi lagegi. Rawat se better kachori to tumhe haldiram mai mil jaye kisi bhi jagah. Haldiram ki pyaaz kachori is better than rawat anyday

Nhi bhai Rawat expensive hai bhai and bekaar hai Samrat is way better. I don't know tumhe kyu accha nhi laga but unki kachori samosa with aloo sabzi was too good. I have some friends in Jaipur I'm sure or bhi hidden spots hai inse 10 times better but rawat is like bikanerwala commercial shop and not worth. Samrat ki location bhi sahi hai and their kachori jalebi was too good. Pata nhi tumko kyu acchi nhi lagi

Chauki dhani is a total waste of money. Please don't go there. Food is so unhygienic and so is the place.
