its the same for medium and large drinks at McDonalds a Large with ice can fit in a medium cup but a medium without ice cant fit into a small making the large drink a scam Just get medium Fires and a medium drink and what ever sandwich you want

The Medium & large cups hold roughy the same amount - the medium is wider at the bottom, it’s the same with their drinks narrow bottom on the bottom, I learned a long time ago not to get xl meal pay for nothing but about 4 fries, also don’t get ice in drink you get a fuller cup of the drink, it’s generally cold enough!
