I got to know Maon Kurosaki when she started the unaccompanied song Kimi to taiyou ga shinda hi at the 2013 Animello Summer. I became a fan of her and fell in love with her sorrow and singing ability. Ha... I learned that she died a year ago in February. It was only after a year that I found out.. Life was so busy that I gave up my hobbies and concentrated on work.. I couldn't even attend to her on the anniversary of her death.. For me, really.. this song sounds like a mourning song and a memorial song.. She was the same age as me, so I felt even more attached to her. I hope you don't get sick and are at peace there

The direction was spot on and the raw emotion I felt from the lyrics was enough to make me revisit this performance time and time again.
