About a quarter to a third of all Vocaloid songs, increase to almost all if by PinocchioP, Kikuo, or Pepoyo. An underrated example is All I Need Are Things I Like: a song about how if we all only did what we liked, the world would go to ruin.

We did one where there was a map on the wall with some strange rune markings on it and a bowl of pebbles with runes carved into them. I saw that one rune on the map matched a rune on a pebble and we spent about 10 minutes trying to work out the connection. Turns out it was just coincidence and nobody had noticed that before. The map and pebbles were parts of puzzles to solve, but unrelated.

I used to work for a company that liked to honor the partners of the ones in the business for the ways they supported them. It was admirable, but the song they chose when they were going across the stage was "Because of You" by Kelly Clarkson. Sounds good until you listen to the lyrics, which say things like "Because of you I find it hard to trust not only me but everyone around me." To my knowledge, it's a song written to a producer who wrecked her self-confidence.

A dark family secret. I grew up believing my mom and aunt were the only children my grandma ever had. But after grandma passed away, my aunt told my mom that they had a younger brother who was kidnapped as a baby. My ma was only 3 years old when he was born so she barely remembered him. My mom found her missing brother several years later. But we believe that's why grandma always acted so crazy. She used to always accuse people of stealing from her and she would not let up until the item she was looking for was found.

This one's brutal. Don't read this if you're sensitive. My older half-sister and my parents kept something from me and my brothers until I was almost an adult. When I was 17, my dad and I were talking about family happenings and decided to ask what the deal with my older sister's step-dad was. Nobody under the roof had ever met him aside from my dad. He told me that none of us have seen him because he'd sexually abused my older sister. The scary part of all this is that my older sister has a younger sister (who I've only met twice now) who's been oblivious the whole time. She even commented on the weird family situation with her dad, and I had to remind my brothers to bite their tongues. She's an adult now and the urge to tell her the gist myself is strong; my older sister insists that she has to be the one to spill the beans. Hopefully it's soon.
