I had one of these…everything broke….constantly
Where can i buy this?
Full charging indication?
Full charging time?
You just need speed with the wl19 to turn no need for steering modifications
Plastic wheels or metal wheels?
I got that on my birthday 😅😅😅
How much was it? I have one and am trying to sell it and need to know a range
Have you seen? The new hornet evo?
I’m busy with one to change to brushless to… how can you disasamble the rear gearbox cover? Screws are out… and then..???👀 it won’t open.. yust 2 mm and it’s stuk.
have to use brute force
Ok, thanks…!! It’s open😎😇
Cool af lol. Like slot cars but better
What are you filming with & editing these videos, think you might have reduced the frame rate of the video making it look rather choppy or the microsd card you are using is starting to fail causing this choppy fps.
What is the running time?
10 minutes
Could use a bit more speed imo, maybe a 2s lipo & a 17t brushed motor would do nicely. Recently found a Tamiya boomerang here in the e-waste container while we swung by the recycling facility at work as usual, expected to find some pc to grab parts from as usual but was surprised to find that. Just got a set of ball bearings for it atm but haven't taken it apart yet too service it. But it also needs a chassis, front bumper, bodyshell & wing too look better. The chassis has cracked the front bumper mounts towards the rear so it just mounts with that single screw atm towards the front end of it & then i tested mounting it with zip ties when i put it back in place the first time around. Though when i got it it was literally wrapped around the front & rear of the front bumper & around the chassis with electrical tape rather then being screwed into place. Maybe a new front shock as well. (As it's been glued together and has pretty low amount of oil in it with how bouncy it is.) Then wheels & tires later as while they are dry & a bit worn they appear too look ok still, might treat them with some green soap & hot water too kind of soften them up as well as baking soda + hot water as that kills bacteria & some dirt additionally.
I'm having some issues with my Rock crawler it's a 1/10 the battery is 8.4 but after 2 minutes of using it loses all power so I put a 12v When I try to engage it freezes up and I have to reset the battery . Need some advice...
Are those Tamiyas?

Make it brushless
vary nice track layout under the flyover ...
Need bigger front wheels and tyres😊
We have to say thanks to the buddies who discovered and cleaned up this abandoned track
I also upgraded mine but kept the electromagnet steering. Used a smaller receiver and ESC, so they fit inside without destroying the body. Also I run it on 8xNiMh AAs because the engine does not work any better on a li-po.
I don't like the robot voice but I do like the steering setup how were you able to use the old original servo saver on a modern servo Did you just Dremel it out like I did
I still have the 1/14 scale version. It use 8 AA batteries!! Does anybody knows If I can change the 8 AA batteries to a modern rechargeable battery? Thanks
meguriai
Is that a 110scale
Seems kind of wide at the rear are you using some spacers on the rear wheels ?
yes, widening adapters at the rear
Front rims might be hitting the inside of the a arms or front knuckles due to the offset being so far inwards towards the car when you steer so it just locks up from that, can also try running the front wheel nuts a bit more loose to see if that helps if they are a bit too tight maybe.
what was the point of all that? it doesn't appear any better than the original
This is about fixing what is not working
@@Toys-REVIEWNET ah ok fair enough!
Ugh I loved this model! Why is it currently more difficult to get a Kyosho vehicle and its spare parts compared to Tamiya? greetings. I have seen that it is easier to find old Tamiya parts and vehicles on eBay. Compared to Kyosho (prices are raised a lot) and there are very few units 😮😮
Hi! I have bought recently a Dictator 3 and I am thinking about changing the electronics. As I have other RCs I have servos, receivers, ESCs... The question is, did you have to change the motors? Or a modern ESC is compatible without problem with the old 380 motors? Thanks!!
You can use one ESC to power both motors I did it with my radio shack Black phantom I'm currently doing it to a radio shack tempest the motors are small enough that it won't overheat the ESC

Thanks!!! for the tips!!!!!!!
Did it handle any different? I just subscribed
New Sub cool vid
Where's the body? If you're going to film, turn your phone sideways first.
3s will strip down the plastik gears very fast mine where done after 6 lipos.
Will you build these ?
I as thinking about getting that gun so 2 questions 1. Do you recommend it and 2. Can you add that thing to the stock so it’s not so stubby?
Where’s the mod?
Hi how the heck did you attach the original swrvo horn to the new servo? Please help
I completely replace the servo mechanism with a nwe servo. Everything new.
New?! Hard to find now especially new.
Very nice car
Silly video, there’s adjustable a arms for $20 made of aluminum. 3d printed plastic is very soft and shouldn’t be used on something like an rc car
There are much stronger material out there such as abs that can be used for 3d printing. Also, your comment implies that money can solve all problems, in which case you should just buy a TRF or even a X-Ray from the beginning.
@Toys-REVIEWNET the comment is basically saying there are already cheap solutions to this problem, your reply is a bit ott
I had thic car 38 years ago!! 😀 Bandai Interceptor. But wheels were different, shock absorbers were red, and there was also a red body.
Hey? It a sell?
It's clicking like a hornet without the thing that started from jumping in the front of the axle.
Kurze Landung, aber präzise.
Do you have the newest ? Memorial one?
