Guys i just unlocked it , it was locked from 8 October , there is no specific method, the solution is as frustrating it is, just keep playing till its unlocked, there is no specific number of days or matches just enable playtime and ignore how many matches it shows just make sure you play three a day yesterday it was shown zero, and then the other day it was unlocked, so that’s EA for you they want you to keep playing and then give you the access, stupid EA.

I knew my ps5 is locked for getting the web app.. now ea locked my main account and the support said I should play games to unlock the web app. I deleted every account from my ps5, did your steps but it doesn’t work.
